Aliases Email is Loss

Dear Friends,

I'm new bie in Cpanel. Now, we have a user that using Cpanel 4.8 from our hosting provider www.cheaps.net. I was register my domain name at http://domain.cheaps.net. After that, I can using my account without interrupt or error. But, after 2 month, I can't see the Unlimited Aliases Email at my Cpanel. But I still can see my Unlimited POP3, Unlimited Auto Responder, Unlimited Forwarding, Unlimited FTP Account, Unlimited Mailing List, SSH, and my big disk space that I pay only $12/month. So, I'm telling to Customer Support of Cheaps.net and Cheaps.net told to us that in their Webhost Manager, they cannot see how to change this Aliases Email. They told to me this is the cpanel.net problem. Please let me know what is exactly happened in CPANEL. Thank you.

It seems to me that your host you are using is only a reseller on a server, so her/she/they does not have the full acess they require. Tell them they should email the server adminitrator or there host to ask to change the quotas etc.
