Hello, after many days after an cpanel account been suspended, i still see comming new processes on Home »Server Status »Apache Status

    like this one
the 5.67 is CPU time and 20 is SS (Seconds since beginning of most recent request)

so i want to ask why it still have impact while that account is serving Suspended account page...
How to prevent this impact without terminating account?

    Hello :)

Apache should not load content from suspended accounts. Please feel free to submit a support ticket so we can reproduce the issue. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

    Thank you.
