I migrated accounts to a new server, restored them. All is working fine except for counters.

All of them shows me Could not write to counter file: /var/cpanel/Counters/counter.dat

I checked /var/cpanel/Counters/counter.dat permissions are 0644 and the owner and group is their respective user.

I also deleted the file and generate again the counter, but nothing happens!!!

    What is wrong???

    Thanks!

Fixed, I set all permissions to 777 to counter´s .dat files

Weird, I never did this, all the servers I have have 0644 permissions.

i think if you just set chmod 755 Counters on the /var/cpanel fix this issue.

i have the same problem, but wen i set chmod on the dir, this problems was solved
