Hi,
Problem: all of the domain emails from many of my websites sent out to spam folder of Google or Yahoo.
I have been trying to search online including cpanel forum for this solution more than 1 week, but i couldnot find a working solution.
Everything looks good from spf, dkim, and i also add dmarc, but the outgoing mail still go to spam folder. I have tested few emails, they all the same.

Mxtoolbox analyze my header is good, only problem i get is
Code:
SMTP Banner Check -- Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner
SMTP TLS Warning - Does not support TLS.
SMTP Transaction Time 15.354 seconds - Not good! on Transaction Time
Google analyzed my header okay too
Code:

SMTP Banner Check -- Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner
The error message is showing the problem with PRT record. Can you please make sure the PTR record is set ?

Hello,

The following document is a good place to start to for ensuring outgoing email does not end up in the SPAM folder:

How to Keep your Email out of the Spam Folder - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation

If you have confirmed that your server is following all of these guidelines, then you may need to report the false positives to each remote mail server using their contact forms. For example, Google offers the following troubleshooting URL:

Bulk Senders Guidelines - Gmail Help

Thank you.

@cPanelMichael, i Checked that, and my server has all email authentications. If you look at the header from the mail i sent to gmail, everything is included there.

Also, my IP is not blacklist

Bulk sender is not valid here because i have not used it, im still testing out all the mail, i send out each email not alot.

If you can help more detail, i can provide all ip here for you to ping it. Or i might have to contact Cpanel support helpdesk

Thank you so much

Hello,

The "Bulk Senders" page is just the term used on that page. You should still use their contact form if your email is going to their SPAM folder. Here's the quote:

If you are sending mail in accordance with our guidelines and Gmail continues to mark your messages as spam, here's the link they provide:

troubleshoot further
Thank you.
