    I have an odd problem with one of my customers

    I was sending today some test emails with this resoult

    2006-07-11 23:00:11 1G0UxP-00043c-OE <= jorgec@xxxx.com H=(xxx.xxx.xxx) [209.xxx.xxx.xxx] P=esmtps X=TLSv1:DES-CBC3-SHA:168 S=1864 id=13210231649.20060711210038@xxxx.com
    2006-07-11 23:00:11 1G0UxP-00043c-OE => /dev/null <username@userdomain.org> R=central_filter T=**bypassed**
    2006-07-11 23:00:11 1G0UxP-00043c-OE => /dev/null <eric@userdomain.org> R=central_filter T=**bypassed**

    As you can see both emails end on /dev/null bypassed.

    But I have no idea of why.
    Can anybody give me some idea of what may be happening?

    is the account over quota?

    It might be. Depening on how the server is setup it might just delete email that it does not have room to store.

    Check the email accounts quota..

    No, not at all, not the account, nor the email account. Both have plenty free space.

    Hmm..

    did you check the /etc/valiaes/<domain> file?

    it might be set to null route for some reason.

    It could be a filter file gone mad too..

    make sure syntax in

    /etc/vfilters/<domain> looks ok too.

    This does not happen to be the main email account for the domain?

    you might want to open a ticket with your web hosting company.
