All emails go to spam from my server

    Good afternoon,

    I just bought a server on Hetzner, with cPanel installed on it, i restored all my accounts and changed my nameservers, when i tried to send emails from different accounts, the go to the Spam/Junk folder.

    What should i do?
    I checked for blacklist and my server is not blacklisted.

    Server IP: 178.63.xx.xxx
    Server Hostname: - Removed -

    Hello dear,

    I've looked at the documentation and i think i have set up everything but still not working.

    I've checked one email with the Mail-tester.com, here is the link mail-tester.com/web-fJtavj

    The error its saying:

    How can i get a solution to that?

    Have you contacted your hosting provider or data center and requested they setup RDNS for your IP address pointing towards the hostname of your server? It looks like that's not been setup yet.

    Hello, thank you for the reply.

    I've submitted a support ticket for this issue, we're having multiple problems now, even if Mail-tester is rating our mail system 10/10 link mail-tester.com/web-Os0PGV, Mail systems like Gmail are marking our emails as Spam.

    Do you suggest anything dear?

    It's really important that you ensure the RDNS record is properly configured. It's likely part or all of the reason your messages are marked as SPAM.
