No icons appear using the Paper Lantern, and includes both styles, Basic and Retro. I know that they should be present as they appear on my other servers.

    I'm running:
    • CENTOS 5.11 x86_64 standard – server3
    • WHM 54.0 (build 14)
I have --forced update cPanel and that did nothing either?

When you look in the access log (/usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log) what is the status code for any of the icons?
Is there anything relevant in the error log (/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log)?

The issue is server-wide and same in FireFox, Chrome, and IE/Edge.
    All icons work in X3

No hints at all in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log

I am at a loss as to why it is trying to load the images from a users' home directory. It should be trying to load from /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/paper_lantern

Please open a support ticket so we can investigate: cPanel Customer Portal
