i done, but still same:

[[email protected] ~]# /scripts/restartsrv_exim
Waiting for “exim” to restart ………waiting for “exim” to initialize ………finished.

Service Status
exim (/usr/sbin/exim -ps -bd -oP /var/spool/exim/exim-daemon.pid) is running as mailnull with PID 13959 (systemd+/proc check method).
exim (/usr/sbin/exim -C /etc/exim_outgoing.conf -q1h -oP /var/spool/exim/exim-outgoing.pid) is running as mailnull with PID 13962 (systemd+/proc check method).
exim (/usr/sbin/exim -C /etc/exim_outgoing.conf -qG) is running as root with PID 13965 (systemd+/proc check method).

Startup Log

Can you see anything in var/log/exim_mainlog and maybe var/log/maillog.

Do you have CSF firewall installed or Mailscanner.
If so, try restarting those.

Maybe even disable CSF for a short while.

I never considered, but does the server receive mail, can you see anything in the users webmail ?
