All of a sudden only 1 domain on a box is rejecting email with a 550

So all of a sudden this morning I have 1 domain rejecting email.

I have domain forwarders set up and if I send email to the other domains, it gets delivered into the correct box.

If I send mail directly to the box, it gets rejects.

Anyone have any tips as to how to troubleshoot? I looked in the exim reject log and did not see any entries for this domain.

Turns out that the nameservers on the domain were changes. They have been updated and this is no longer an issue.

Kindly check the error logs from the /var/log/exim_mainlog for the exact error message.
