All reseller packages keep disappearing!!!

All reseller packages keep disappearing!!!

They show up when I goto edit package, but when I goto add a new account and its gone.

I add a new package and its in add a new account, then a few days later when I try to add another account, its gone again.

What gives?

Oh, and Chirpy, thanks for closing my last ticket, of course I searched for reseller packages keep disappearing, it returns no results.

If yes, my problem solved after submit ticket to cpanel support from WHM and Kevin at cpanel help me.

So open a ticket from your WHM and let cpanel staff help you.

edge high risk???

half the time i write in they say upgrade to edge, we fixed that bug already.

The last thread was closed because you continue to fail to put in which version of cPanel you are using.

Since you're using EDGE, tough luck, that's the risk you run running that version. If you find a bug you should be logging it in bugzilla and/or logging a ticket through your license provider.

In future, if you open a thread, mention which version of cPanel you're using.
