All running cgi script showing blank page

Cgi was running perfectly fine and since 2 days ago, But now all running cgi script are just showing blank page. Need some help here.

tail -f /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log

Then access a cgi script... what sort of errors does it throw up?

Restart apache for a quick fix and then check out the RLimit configuration options for apache.
