All sites pointing to resellers main

Hi People,
Don't know if this is a cPanel/whm issue, however I recently changed one of our resellers main and nameserver IP's, got him to change the Namserver IP's at his registra and it propagated over no problem, but then a wierd thing happened all his clients accounts now point to the resellers main site.

Example:
The reseller's account is say reseller.com and his clients account is client.com.

If you type in or click on client.com it goes to reseller.com

Has anybody experienced this?

Versions being used:
WHM 7.4.2
cPanel 7.4.2-S82
RedHat 7.3

Thanks for your speedy replies lmao.

I don't know why but it has just come good, we hadn't done anything else and the domain had proped over 24 hours ago lmao.

I would like to know if anybody else has ever experienced this before, because it is a real worry that it maybe something to do with a software update that is buggy or something of that nature.

We have the latest stable versions of all software and scripts on that particular server.

I haven't hit that yet, and I have S82 just like you. I however haven't moved the resellers I have yet..

Hmmmm.. interesting.

Did you check your httpd.conf for the reseller clients stuff?

/usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf

Have you tried www.dnsreport.com to check if all going back well?

Changing IPs on the same Server takes 1 - 2 hrs to propogate or switch over. This is normal and no cause for concern -- long as Clients involved are made aware of it.
