All the Mails are not recieved

    hello,

    I have server running CentOS with CPanel10.8.0. running around 60 websites on it. For past couple of week most of my clients are complaining about not receiving all the mails. They claim that the mails been missed. I have tried with lowering the Spamassassin Score; but no use. Can any one help me to have this fixed.

    Root Administrator
    Ask your clients for dates/times and FROM addresses of the senders who claim to have sent email that is not being received. Then you can grep the logfiles /var/log/exim_mainlog and /var/log/exim_rejectlog for those sender addresses and see why the mail is being rejected.
