Allow users to change file read/write?

    How can I allow users to change the permission of their files (read/write).

    Root Administrator
    if the files are within their website directory , they can do it easily from File Manager option in cpanel.

    You should already be able to do that using File Manager or FTP. Are you receiving a specific error message during the attempt to do so?
