Allowing execution for some files while denying others using htaccess

Greetings..
I’m searching for a way to allow the execution of some files ( php for example ) that are trusted using their specific names , while denying the others , that way i can make sure if there is any exploit this would help prevent its execution
Is there a way to do this I searched for it but came up short with results .

Any help would be appreciated
