AlmaLinux 8.6 to install cpanel & WHM 11.96.0.15

I am trying to install cpanel & WHM 11.96 to my AlmaLinux 8.6 but failed.

this is my /etc/cpupdate.conf

CPANEL=11.96.0.15
RPMUP=daily
SARULESUP=daily
STAGING_DIR=/usr/local/cpanel
UPDATES=daily

and i run this "cd /home && curl -o latest -L https://securedownloads.cpanel.net/latest && sh latest"
but no luck with error does not support the version, please help.

Hey there! Version 96 hasn't been supported for some time, so the oldest version you can install is 102 as that is in the LTS tier. Was there a specific reason you needed to install version 96?

I received this error during installation even change to lts.

AlmaLinux support for versions 96, can you help for this issue?

Thanks for the clarification. That is letting you know the version we started supported that particular operating system, but you won't be able to install that version any more as it's far out of date.

Can u list out which linux version able to support latest version of cpanel?

I'm guessing you tried to perform the installation on CentOS 8 according to that output. I would recommend using AlamLinux 8 or CloudLinux 8.
