Altered RPMs problem

    Every day I receive this error message (on cpanel dnsonly installation):

    Code:
    Problems were detected with cPanel-provided files which are RPM controlled.
    If you did not make these changes intentionally, you can correct them by running:
    
    > /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix
    The following RPMs are missing from your system:

    if I run check_cpanel_rpms I receive these messages

    Hello :)

    Please try repairing the RPM database with the following commands:

    Code:
    mkdir /root/old_rpm_dbs/
    mv /var/lib/rpm/__db* /root/old_rpm_dbs/
    rpm --rebuilddb
    Let us know if the issue persists after doing so.

    Could you let us know the output of "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix" after running those commands? Please post the output in CODE tags.

    the command

    /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix

    not producted output messages, but I think that solved why today I not received alert from server

    I don't solved, today received the same warning, I received also this:

    Updating to the latest version of cPanel & WHM 11.44 did not succeed. Basic requirements for cPanel & WHM were unable to be installed. The specific failure was:

    Support access ID not work, I think because the vps is with DNSOnly license
