Hi,
I am using mail-test.com to test the spamminess of my email. One of the negative score is from SpamAssassin:
I use Dear Sir/Madam as the beginning of an email to an unknown customer, like this:
Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your message.....
Best regards
Alan
Since Dear Sir/Madam will be taken as a sign of the spam, I wonder in English, what is a good alternative for Dear Sir/Madam when writing to an unknown person? I don't know the name of the person too.
