I don't know Amazon Workmail, but if it supports IMAP you could use IMAPSYNC:

Official imapsync migration tool ( release 2.229 )

Imapsync was what I would suggest as well, though I don't know Amazon WorkMail either unfortunately. There are the following tutorials for Imapsync available from us though:
