AMD Opteron 242 with CPANEL

I have a new Dual Opteon 242 server with
CentOS 4.2 i686 - WHM X v3.1.0 and WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.8.1-R113

Is this configuration OK? Is my CPU 64bit and working properly with Centos?

Since it's running i686 then presumably CentOS is the 32bit version, otherwise it would be x86_64. That said, that's actually a good thing. The 64bit versions of Linux are rather new and pronse to problems in the production environment with cPanel, so you're on the better OS.
