I tried to certificate but i is is slef signed so i am still getting the non secure site status by the browser.

I asked to my server provider and he told me is a cpanel problem as told me to open a ticket expalinin it and this is what i do.

Hello,

Can you explain what you mean by this:

I got that error days after start my server and sync my server with my domain but without sync my domain provider, I tried days later and i got this error.

I don't understand what you're saying here.

The error indicates that the system is unable to query for the NS records. Does the domain resolve properly? Do you have a firewall on the server that may be blocking the query?

Ok i explain again, i bought a web hosting on a server so i get cpanel, all good here. And i put my domain on the cpanel so the cpanel tried to connect or whatever (forgive my inexperience) so after 2 days i started to set up the server and i saw the auto ssl didn't work, i get and email about the problem report. So i talked with my hosting provider about how i solve that because my domain doesn't had ssl so he told me to add the name server of my hosting to my domain provider, so i did and after that i tried to run auto ssl again and it gave me the same error(after add the name server of my hosting to my domain provider) so this is the error i got, my hosting provider told me is a cpanel problem, i dont know if it is, i tried to run the ssl in the ssl/tls section and auto fill by domain and only the domain (mydomain.com) not the cpanel, the subdomain and the rest get signed only that get self signed and i see a red lock in the cpanel ssl section.
