Over the weekend I accidentally found a really great FAQ program written by Michael Bosch in Germany. The script is free and awfully nice and allows for multiple topics..
I\'m the type of person that doesn\'t believe in reinventing the wheel so I\'d like to ask who has already set up FAQ for their customers and what is the link to those questions. I\'d like to come to your site to \"steal\" a lot of questions so that I will have the answers in advance of complaints from my own customers...
