    Is the domain setup on Unique/dedicated IP?As Anonymous FTP requires the domain to be on the unique IP.

    If you're an end-user you'll need to ask your web hosting provider about such issues.

    If you're the server admin, then do you have anonymous FTP enabled in WHM?

    Website Owner
    Login into WHM and
    MAIN > Service Configuration > FTP Configuration > Enable Anonymous Ftp

    I have a subdomain (free site) but the username/pass doesnt seem to work
