Anonymous FTP Icon Disappeared From cPanel

I used the anonymous FTP icon to turn-on outgoing access, just to see how it worked. When I was done, I went to turn it off but the icon was no longer on my cPanel. How do I get the anonymous FTP icon back?

As a Website Owner, assuming you don't have access to WebHost Manager, you should contact your Hosting Provider about this. Only they can enable or disable Features in your cPanel.
