I have enabled Pure FTP and Anonymous FTP yet when a client goes to ftp://ftp.theirdomain.com. The directory that is listed only contains "incoming" even after they upload files and a welcome message to it.

    What am I missing?

    Thanks!

That's the way things are supposed to work. If you want to give them access to your actual account, create a secondary FTP user.
