Another new backup problem

I've recently started using the new backup system on our server; most of the time it's successful but every few days, the remote location is disabled when it reaches 101 errors - I made this 100 to see if it would fix it as mentioned on another post.

I've checked the cptransporter log, and there seems to be a lot of "unknown errors" like this (although not always with the same account):

The backups worked fine with the setup before, and I've increased the timeout value to 50000.

Where do I begin to solve the problem?
