I have a couple of dedicateds and have both resellers and shared accounts on them. I have neer set-up Skel directories, or branded my cPanel installation. However now I want to do both of those things to continue to keep my company name in front of my customers.

However I do have a concern before I do this. I want to make sure that if I create a Skeleton directory and a branded cPanel under root that only accounts that root creates will get that Skeleton directory and branding...correct?

I would hate to have a reseller set-up an account for a customer of theirs only to find out that their customer now sees my company name branded all over the place.

    Thanks for the help!!!

Correct. Root's skeleton directory is for root's accounts. Resellers have their own.

A reseller should have a skeleton directory in the root of their account.

    There should be a directory
    /home/username/cpanel3-skel

If not, it should work if you create it.
