I'm looking for a good antispam solution for my servers. Does anybody have some recomendation?

cPanel includes SpamAssassin:

You can also try using additional features such as Greylisting:

If your server has a robust hardware you can try configserver mailscanner service
if that is not the case you can use an external solution like spamexperts or scrolloutf1
