Antispam with API CALLS

Hi everyone, im searching for one solution of antispam on cpanel with API CALLs.
I have a cpanel on my server, and i know i can install plugins of ANTISPAM... have one solution with API?

Basically i need one solution to edit, configure, manage mails on quarentine via API.

cPanel comes with Spam Assassin built in and there are a number of API calls which allow you to manage Spam Assassin. You can find them here: UAPI Modules - Email - Developer Documentation - cPanel Documentation

As far as plugins go though, we don't develop API for 3rd party plugins.
