Any anonymous ftp - logging in

user is on a static ip, setup anonymous ftp, when you login to their acct, you see

bin
etc
lib
mail
pub

whats the correct login so they go to the /public_ftp directory?

I already tired [email protected] and got rejected

i tired user ftp and same thing as above...

Hey there! Inside cPanel >> User Manager if you click the Add New button you can create an additional user. At the bottom of the page you'll be able to specify the FTP user directory as seen in the attached screenshot:



Just change that to public_ftp and you'll be all set!
