Any Reseller can create UNLIMITED plan

Hi all
There is a problem or bug in cpanel
Any reseller can make packages with unlimited space and bw even if their resources are limited and oversell is disabled

They set space and bw of package to 0 and cpanel convert it to unlimited and calc it as a 0 used space and 0 used bw.

As far as I know, This issue is accompany with cpanel from some years ago.

Did you try fix quota option to see if that can fix the issue.

I think this is not a quota issue,
I can see exact usage for other accounts
Resellers can setup unlimited package with this trick (setting quota to 0) and this is a cpanel bug

Could you review the section titled "Limit a reseller account by resource usage" and let us know if this is not working as intended?
