Anycast DNS + cPanel DNS & DNS Only Server Setup Possible?

Hello,

Current Scenario:
  • I have 1 VPS along with Anycast DNS provided by my OnApp Cloud Service Provider. [Provider 1]
  • I have two more VPS hosted with two different Hosts with WHM/cPanel installed. [Provider 2]
  • All of these servers have atleast one IPv4 of its own.
  • AnyCast DNS server is provided with 4 Name Servers (ns1,ns2,ns3,ns4) with is own separate IPv4. [Provider 1]

Now, i want to take advantage of AnyCast DNS Server from [Provider 1] and build DNS Cluster with other WHM/cPanel Servers.

Is it possible? how is it possible? what configuration that is needed?
