Anyone else fed up with cpanel's support team?

What should cpanel do to provide better support?

Yea lets start a flame thread here where they stop responding to any non-direct licenses. Buy support from them if you want priority, don't flame them though and mess it up for the people that buy external licenses.

Why aren't you contacting your data center for support?

Sir,

I have been very happy with Cpanel's support team.
If you are not - then go with another option all together.


You have a few to choose from:

1. get a server admin to help you @ a monthly cost.
2. choose a new control panel and migrate everyone over


I have found that on occasion - Cpanel has been a few days in getting back to me - but then again - I have not purchased a support plan with them.

I lease my licenses - and they are always glad to help when needed.

Your opinion poll is sadly missing a few options -

What about us that love their support and are happy.

What are you wibbling on about. There support is excellent, I've honest had about 5 tickets with them and I am yet to fault them on there speed of there reply of the fix to the problem.

Maybe I've just been lucky each time, but on my lifetime license I'll be buying the extra years of support as thus far its been <quote> PERFECT </QUOTE>
