Anyone else having problems logging in to Horde mail?

I am unable to log in to Horde mail. I have contacted my hosting company but they don't seem to be able to find the problem. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem over the past few days and what they did to resolve the issue.

I get two warning messages when I click on Horde mail in the webmail window that pops up:

Warning: Unknown: open(/var/cpanel/userhomes/cpanelhorde/sessions/sess_b134475ad05139cf43bd42adc0bbc92b, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Unknown: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/var/cpanel/userhomes/cpanelhorde/sessions) in Unknown on line 0

I have a reseller account and each of my customers' Horde email accounts are doing the same thing.

Can anyone help?

have you tried running fixhorde

also check your hard drive space on that drive to make sure you have room
for a write session

cd /scripts
./fixhorde

I don't have SSH and I have contacted my server admin and they apparently don't know what they're doing because they have not responded to me regarding the issue. So, I guess there's really nothing more that I can do.

"fixhorde"?
That script doesn't exist in /scripts...at least on my servers...

I have run all the
fix common problems, fiximap, deleted the maildirsize etc,
i either get a login failed after getting to the language screen in horde or the IMAP connection lost in squirrel via webmail.

the accounts do have enough space, i think it may be related to the exim upgrade that happened over the weekend combined with the latest current cpanel.
I can navigate to the email accounts via CSF email manage, and see the contents, mail is coming in and out (aut responders etc) just no client email via webmail , pop or smtp
