strange cP related processes in their running process / top lists?

i.e.
cpsrvd (SSL) - waiting for c --llu=1330326288 --listen=3,4,5,6,7,8
whostmgrd - serving 76.114.4 --llu=1330327465 --listen=3,4,5,6,7,8
and so on..

Do these processes take up a lot of cpu use when you see them?

no not really.. its just different then what I'm used to seeing..
