Anyone ever seen a 144mb cPanel temp file?

    Anyone ever seen this?

    Yup. They could be a number of things as cPanel uses that naming convention for any files uploaded through the html form file tag. Most likely it's a file partitally uploaded through the cPanel File Manager. You can delete them so long as they're not still being written to/accessed (probably a good idea to wait until they're a few hours old).
