Try searching for forums - it's astounding how it helps find solutions to problems:

    http://forums.cpanel.net/showthread.php?t=48766&highlight=Ran+working+CPAN+mirrors
    http://forums.cpanel.net/showthread.php?t=36025&highlight=Ran+working+CPAN+mirrors

Incidentally, appending 17 exclamation marks to your thread subject is just plain silly.

Furthermore, consider using a thread subject that actually summarises the nature of the problem. How, exactly, did you think that your choice of subject would actually be of any use to anyone at all?

This is assuming that you also only create new threads when there aren't already many that present solutions to your problem.

more the likely you wget permissions arent right..

    chmod 700 /usr/bin/wget

    then do
    rm -Rfv /root/.cpcpan

    then run

    /scripts/installspam --force

In which case you could have taken the care to mention this when starting the thread. Mentioning the solutions you'd already tried would prevent people from suggesting them again!
