Anyone using Interchange?

I've got one customer who is having three big issues:

1) Can't import an Excel file into RHIC (the docs say it can be done)
2) When importing a tab-deliited file, it doesn't replace existing entries (even though the option is selected)
3) Deleting items (products at this time) doesn't work
