Anything email related is not working :(

EXIM is up, cppop is up, uwimap is running too... but nothing works... all emails I send through outlook just dissappear... all test emails I send to the server from other servers never reach their destination... and webmail gives me weird login errors:

Bad request: The IMAP server is reporting that plain text logins are disabled. Using CRAM-MD5 or DIGEST-MD5 authentication instead may work. Also, the use of TLS may allow SquirrelMail to login. Please contact your system administrator and report this error.

Checking my email through outlook doesn't give me any errors... it just never finds any new emails... same thing with sending them, I can send them without any problem but they never reach their destination...

What can I do... I tried lots of fixes I found on this forum but none of them made a difference

Re-configure Php with Imap Module and Openssl Support? Make sure these two modules are working.
