Anyway to fix this

Last week a client informed me that he had accidently deleted a few pages from his website, so I used the restore feature in WHM. The only problem was that it restored the local copies (from June 2006) and not the copies backup up over FTP.

He discovered the problem this morning, but since then both my weekly and monthly backups have run, meaning that the copies kept on the FTP server have now been overwritten with backups of the old copy.

The FTP server has no useful backups

Any suggestions, or am I just screwed?

If you don't have a backup copy locally or on your FTP server then the files are gone. That said, the client obviously also has a responsibility to backup their own files.
