What i found from google for this : host mailin-04.mx.aol.com
    [64.12.138.89]: 550 DIRECT CONNECTION FROM DIAL-UP OR DYNAMIC-IP DENIED

This happend only from one of the server rest they all work fine for AOL.

What could be the reason ? Please put me on correct path.

    Regards,

You are probably on some list for spamming. Check spews and spamcop.
postmaster.aol.com has a few tools to answer questions, but they've never answered my questinons.

You need reversed dns configured to send mail to aol and some others.
You should contact your provider and get them to setup reversed dns on your IP to your servers hostname.

AOL thinks your server is on a dialup or a dynamic ip. You'll need to take it up with them.

Call them. Happened to one of our servers. (just that they claim our servers was spamming) I pretty much scan every single mail sent to AOL before and after the block and there's no sign of even bulk volumes of emails sent. I called them, they opened a ticket and the block was lifted in about 4 days. Not the fastest, but it does get done.
