Many servers that I upgraded on Sunday morning or Saturday evening they are all ok. What's the story of "If you have updated to apache 1.3.28 before 2pm EST Sunday July 20th" ??

How can one verify this bug?

Yes, this is exactly what I'm doing, but there is no defunct process. No zombies... nothing in error logs.
