    i also found out that what is happening is the first Virtual Server is getting the ip address.
    is there anyway to set it up to where when you go to the ip address of the server you the the default cpanel page not the customers page (the first Virtual Server)

    Hey,

    I had this problem too. I was told to edit the httpd file or httpd config file (sorry, I can't exactly remember). So this probably won't help, but it may be an outline for other helpers.

    It will go to the first virtual host entry by default. Just add your virtual host entry first.
    Code:
    <VirtualHost ip.add.res.s>
    BytesLog domlogs/servername.com.net-bytes_log
    ServerName server.name.com
    DocumentRoot /usr/local/apache/htdocs
    </VirtualHost>
