apache 1.3.36 is working or not?

    I have updated succesfully to WHM 10.8.2 R-115 without problems, now I would like to update Apache, but the problem some people complaint about buildapache broken.. is fixed??? :rolleyes:
    Cause i have some sites using imap module and dont want them to get crashed.

    We had some problems when updating.
    I saw lots of people had problems too when updating.
    I recommend you to wait a moment. (May be 1-2 weeks)

    But if you are worrying about your servers security then you can update apache.

    One server is upgraded

    For me, /scripts/easyapache would not run. It made little noises and said done, but all it did was stop and restart httpd without any updates. One server did execute and I just recompiled with the same modules as before and it is now running 1.3.36 without problems. SQL (same version is ok) and so is the same version of PHP. Sites are OK.

    However, in light of all these problems, I feel fortunate easyapache would not run on the other servers and I escaped this initial madness. I have no plans for further updates until bugs are worked out thoroughly.
