i checked cPanel Tailwatchd and i got these lines over and over again
    Code:
httpd (/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -k start) is running as root with PID 14403 (pidfile check method) .
httpd (/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -k start) is running as root with PID 14403 (pidfile check method) .
httpd (/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd -k start) is running as root with PID 14403 (pidfile check method)

how can i make the TailWatch to be able to restart the apache automatically
and i want to know what cause this issue
both TailWatch and httpd restart didn't work to restart the apache

    Best Regards
