Apache 2.2.x pros and cons?

    Other than no phpsuexec or FP Extensions, are there any drawbacks to upgrading to Apache 2.2.x? I hear it's faster and I'd like to take advantage of that. :)

    I'd be interested in other opinions on this subject as well. We've got 4+ dedicated servers all running Apache 1.3.x, we're looking to fire up another dedicated server, and are wondering whether Apache 2.x is the way to go - and running cPanel on it of course.
