OK just updated to apache 2.2.6 and a few of my clients addon domains seem to be broken when you use www.domain.com VS domain.com (Loads the default cPanel is installed page)

since httpd.conf is now auto-generated.. and removing and reparking the associated domain name didn't work, any one have any suggestions on how to fix this?

    example URL: http://www.flexbb.net http://flexbb.net

Those two URLs worked for me, have you already resolved this?

yes.. it seems to have self-resolved after following steps in the guide pdf and restarting apache a few times.

tho I ONLY checked this one domain.. not sure how many others are affected yet. so it still may be an issue to keep watch on.
