Ok so the cpanel team and I have rebuilt Apache 3 times now with curl options selected in the build. So now in the curl does not show, but doing a command line in shell it shows curl is installed. I am trying to install scripts that use Curl and they wont let me install because it says Curl is not installed.

I will pay anyone $40 if they can give me a solution or fix the problem for me. I have been going at this for 3 days now.

Also rebuilding apache takes 4-6 hours..and I dont want to do it again if I dont have to ...

By the way its CentOS 5
