    Does anybody know which file create vhosts in httpd.conf or where is structure file of added vhosts, I installed module mod_cband for Apache 2 and for each vhost when I add account in WHM I want to add some rules of it and I want do that automatically when WHM create vhost for httpd.conf, I want result like this:

    <VirtualHost IP.IP.IP.IP>
    ServerAlias www.domain.com
    ServerAdmin webmaster@domain.com
    DocumentRoot /home/domain/public_html
    ServerName domain.com

    SuexecUserGroup domain domain
    CustomLog /usr/local/apache/domlogs/domain.com-bytes_log "%{%s}t %I .\n%{%s}t %O ."
    CustomLog /usr/local/apache/domlogs/domain.com combined
    ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /home/domain/public_html/cgi-bin/

    CBandSpeed 1024 15 50
    CBandRemoteSpeed 40kb/s 5 10

    <Location /cband-status>
    SetHandler cband-status
    </Location>
    <Location /cband-status-me>
    SetHandler cband-status-me
    </Location>

    </VirtualHost>

    Anybody have any ideas or know where is the file of WHM where is structure of added vhost by WHM when account have been creating?

    The Directory contains all the http-vhost templates, ~cpanel/etc/httptemplates/
    specifically check the Template file, "/usr/local/cpanel/etc/httptemplates/apache1/default"
