    Hello Everyone!...

I know this is not supported officially, but I am wanting to play with this option.

I would like to install Apache 2 on one of our web servers using the layer1 install. The problem is when I do this, it installs apache 2 in a directory /usr/local/apache2

The server does not automatically start it at bootup, the server doesn't use its configuration files, etc.

Can someone give me a quick HOW-TO on using that installer.

    Thanks
    Tim

    Go on, have a guess
AFAIK, cPanel simply won't work with Apache v2.
